Terms of Service

1. About Mindo

Mindo is a visual content subscription service operated by Mindo (getmindo.io), registered in Malta. We turn product photos into branded editorial visuals and deliver them as a complete, ready-to-post Instagram feed. For any questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mindo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Mindo subscription plans (Dawn, Daylight, Golden) are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date; no further charges will be made after cancellation. Partial months are not refunded. All prices are displayed excluding VAT, which is added at checkout.

4. Service Delivery

Mindo aims to deliver your first visuals within 72 hours of receiving a complete brief submission including product photos and brand details. Delivery timelines apply only to complete, clearly submitted briefs. Mindo is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, unclear, or late brief submissions. Your monthly feed deliveries follow a fixed schedule agreed upon at the start of your subscription.

5. Revisions

Each visual includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted through your dashboard within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included round may be available at an extra charge.

6. Your Content and Responsibilities

You must own or hold all necessary rights to any product photos and brand assets you upload to Mindo. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. Mindo is not responsible for any legal claims arising from content you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a licence to use the visuals Mindo produces for your brand. Mindo retains the right to display delivered visuals in its portfolio and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out of this, notify us at [email protected] before or at the time of delivery.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, available at getmindo.io/refund. In general, subscription fees are non-refundable once visuals have been delivered. First-time orders may be considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

Mindo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active customers of material changes by email or through your dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
